Challenge: Natural Defense leverages the growth and popularity of nutraceuticals in the human health and wellness category to deliver a truly unique brand and product proposition for pets. Bridgemark was tasked with the challenge of creating a visual identity and packaging for a new super premium mainstream pet food brand that utilizes the preventative power of nature to help sustain the long-term health and well being of dogs.
Comment: The graphic wreath containing the Natural Defense wordmark is a strong focal point and symbolizes a “natural sphere of protection” for the brand. The mossy green selected as the base color not only reinforces the brand’s natural qualities but is unique to the category. Dramatically simple graphic architecture supported by color-coded health icons support the brand’s overall clear, professional and credible personality.
